Q: Do you all take return?

A: Yes, as long as the product isn't harmed in any way and is returned within 3 days of purchase.


 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times depends on the products and/or the manufacturers. Each of our products are shipped from our Fulfilment company's (Printiful, Printify, Glooten & Kite) all across the world. Since it's hard to determine the actual shipping time we will email customers frequently with updates on all orders.

 

 

Q: Do you all make your products yourself?

A: We design each product but when it comes to manufacturing we have a few professional Fulfilment companys that handles that.


 

Q: Do you all have any women's clothing?

A: Yes, we have a small collection of women's clothing but all of our products are uni-sex, meaning that all of our products are made to fit both male & female.


 
Q: What size in headwear will best fit me?

A: All of our headwear, including our beanies, are one size fits all. Meaning no matter how big or small your head is we're 100% sure that our self adjusting headwear will fit you. 


 
Q: Has my order been shipped?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at B1ackgesusco@gmail.com


 
Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.


 
Q: Timing of billing?

A: Your credit/debit card or PayPal will only be charged once your order has placed.


 
Q: Is your site secured?

A: Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. To further ensure your security, we use state of the art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.


 
Q: Do you offer any discount codes or sales? 

A: Yes you can find our page specifically made for discounts by scrolling to the bottom of our website were you'll find a link named "Discount Codes". 

 

Q: Do you ship over the weekend or just business week days?

A: Our manufacturing company does not ship out during the weekend (their closed on the weekend), but if you place your order before Friday at 10 pm. Your mailing company should complete the delivery.

 

Q: Do you all accept donations?

A: Yes, you can easily send us a donation of any amount at any time using our secured Paypal donation button. Visit our donations page HERE.

 

Q: How long does it takes for your backpacks to arrive?

A: Delivery times vary, our backpacks and some of our phone cases are manufacturered overseas so manufacturing time plus shipping takes a little longer. Some customers received their backpack within 10 days while others had to wait about 20 days.
